Major problems with IE 7

I had to spend a few months in the hospital due to a car wreck.I had my nephew staying here to take care of my dog and the house and like an idiot gave him free reign to use my computer with the warning not to download anything to it that might have a virus in it.When I returned home I found that I had a lot of files on the comp that were not on it when I left and IE7 is having a lot of problems that it did not have when I left.Sometimes pages load very slow and sometimes it hangs up completely and I have to reboot the computer to get it to load pages.I removed utorrent and Limewire pro which were not on it when I left.I then ran Malwarebytes antimalware and it found nothing.I tried to run a Nod32 virus scan and kept getting an error message about not having enough available memory when I have 4 gigs of ram,also a problem I was not having when I left.Nephew claims that all he did was download music for his Zune but there is about 100 gigs of stuff on here that I did not put on here and the problems with IE 7 are getting worse every day.here is my HJT log.Any help you can give would be much appreciated and if you see anything in the log that is a bad program that should not be there I will remove it immediately.(edit)I noticed in another part of the fprum that it says to tell your helper if you use a router to connect to the internet,and i do,and the password for my router is the factory preset.

random's system information tool (RSIT)

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from HERE and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt (<<will be maximized)
  • info.txt (<<will be minimized)
• Post both of these logs in your next reply (Sometimes you have to make several post to get the logs posted.)
