Avast "too many mails at a time"

Avast keeps on popping up a message"too many mails at a time" and lists out the senders and receiptants there are around 3-4 senders and receiptants and .It pops on as soon as i connect to the net? and keep on commnig 5 to 6 times.i always press the "Dont Send tab".Pl Help

Uninstall list

Please post an Uninstall list.

1. Open HijackThis.
2. Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
3. Look under System tools.
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
5. Click on the Save list... button.
6. It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location, such as your Desktop By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
7. Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.
