It's been a lot better even when there was stuff remaining. Now it's even better. No problems restarting, and all other programs run now. No pop-ups when online. Thanks for all the help. Don't know if I'm going to leave it at the station any more. They can bring in their own. Thanks again...

Excellent! Glad I was able to help you!
Now, some suggestions....
You need to get some form of AnitVirus protection installed on it. I suggest AVG Free Edition. Remember to update the program and do a full system scan with it.
It's possible there may be some remnants left over we were not able to identify and get at with HijackThis. As such, I would like you to do a couple online Virus scans at Panda ActiveScan and TrendMicro HouseCall. Let them fix anything they find, rebooting your computer between each scan.
I see Spybot on your system, if you dont have Ad-Aware, I suggest you install it as well. Visit this page for proper configuration of both programs. Run and scan with both, letting them fix whatever they find. Remember to reboot between each scan.
I recommend downloading and installing SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard, and IE-SPYAD as well. You can get them from the links in my sig. The programs are free and can be updated... so please do so. Installing these will go a long way in preventing reinfection.
I also never saw any evidence of a Firewall installed, I'm sure you've heard of ZoneAlarm... hint, hint.
Other than that... remember to keep Windows updated, your protection programs updated, scan often and...
Surf Safe.
