Help - infected with media codec and svchost (page 2)

Hi, I hope you can help me, I am at my wits end with my PC. I downloaded and installed a media player to allow me to view video files, and McAfee found and deleted a trojan, but since then, on startup, the PC has tried to download Windows updates, and the little yellow shield comes on, but does not download anything. Then the CPU shoots up to 100%, mainly being svchost.exe, or sometimes explorer.exe, but I have used McAfee to block explorer's access to the net, so that seems okay not. Ad-Aware picked up a Zlob downloader, which was quarantined (report below), Spybot found a Warez P2P, which was also removed, and SuperAntiSpyware found a mediacodec, which was also removed (log shown below) I have also got a Hijack this log. Please could you help me???? Yes its all good, the PC is back to normal now!
