That looks great

All the infected files are in System Restore which is not a problem.

Lets do a bit of tidying up then I will sort out the windows installer problem for you.

Please delete these files from your desktop

• VundoFix.exe
• combofix.exe
• Flash_Disinfector.exe

Re-hide files and folders by following the previous instructions .

Re-enable Tea Timer

• Open Spybot S&D
• Click Mode, check Advanced Mode
• Go To Left Panel, Click Tools, then also in left panel, click Resident
• If your firewall raises a question, say OK
• check the box labeled Resident Tea-Timer and OK any prompts.
• Use File, Exit to terminate Spybot
• Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.

Reset System Restore
Now you should disable System Restore and then re-enable it, for help please see HERE
This will clear the infections that Kaspersky found in your System Restore.

and follow the instructions to install Windows Installer 3.1

• Click Continue (validation required)
• Click Download Files Below
• Click Download next to WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe

Double click the new WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe on your desktop and follow the prompts.

Restart your computer and try to update Java and Acrobat again

For the CCleaner problem, I would just reinstall it

Howdy, Katana. Spybot S&D now shows 4 or 5 registry values upon system start that show as deleted. It does it on every start-up (little annoying) other then that it seems to be good now thank you very much for all your help.

It seems to be related to your problem.

• Right click Spybot's TeaTimer System Tray Icon > click Exit Spybot-S&D Resident.
  
  • TeaTimer closes.
    
  • TeaTimer's snapshot files are refreshed at this time.
  
  
• Restart TeaTimer:
  
  • Using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy.
    
  • Double click TeaTimer.exe to start it.

I'm glad your running smoothly now

I would recommend you keep AVG-AntiSpyware it is a good program,
you can still use it after the trial has run out, but you will have to update and run it manually.

So How Did I Get Infected In The First Place

If you can see a program in the must have section that you have never seen or used then get it!

The last and most important thing I can tell you is UPDATE.
If you don't update your security programs (Antivirus, Antispyware even Windows) then you are at risk.
Malware changes on a day to day basis. You should update every week at the very least.

If you follow this advice then (with a bit of luck) you will never have to hear from me again
