Great news !
Your log now appears to be clean.
Lets do a few things to tidy up.
Please do these in the order I suggest!
You can now delete the file we downloaded to the desktop.
imm32.dll
It's OK as long as theres one in the system32 folder.

Go to start > run and copy and paste this in the field:
ComboFix /u
Make sure there's a space between Combofix and /
Then hit enter.
This will uninstall Combofix, delete its related folders and files, reset your clock settings, hide file extensions, hide the
system/hidden files and resets System Restore again.
A few things to help with possible threats
These are optional . But will help protect you further.

Download and Install a HOSTS File

Thanks so much Bob4! I really appreciate the help!
One last thing:
In my haste to tell you you were clear. I forgot to mention Service Pack 1.
It really needs to be updated to service pack 2.
Microsoft no longer has fixes or updates for service pack 1.
It's just not supported any longer.
Service pack 2 is loaded with security updates to help keep you safe .
I urge you to go to
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/how.mspx
download and install service pack 2.
