I'm pretty sure Ive been infected by something

Hi I was away on business and when I came back my pc was barely running. My gf told me she was emailed a zip file by a friend which she thought were pictures and then the pc started acting weird. I ran Spybot and it would crash in the middle of running it, I ran ad-aware and it would find stuff every single time. I took it off line, ran my virus scan, ad-aware, got the exe for superantispyware and installed and ran, also ran malwarebytes anti malware. they all found stuff and cleaned it, but now if I run them again I find stuff. plus periodiacally if Im using IE something just pops up and runs to a webpage. here is my Hijack this log, thank you very much in advanced.
