Performance problems

Hi, I suddenly seem to have some major performance problems on a family machine. I run XP SP2, with AVG and Zonealarm. I have run a full Virus check with nothing detected. I run a hosts file and run SpyBot and AdAware regularly. I run CCleaner about every week or so. I try to keep everything up to date and current. I also sit behind a router firewall. I have recently (since noticing the performance problems) uninstalled a whole pile of unnecessary app's and run a defrag. I've run through your recommended 'it might be a malware issue' recommendations and have stopped DNS and Indexing also. But still running even slower than I do! Andthat takes some doing! I wonder if you can please take a look at the HJT file for me to see if there might be anything nasty lurking? Thanks and really appreciate your help!
