Good day, I've got some kind of worm from a dummyhead move on LimeWire. I've tried a few different things and my pc is still running like crap. IE takes forever to load and same as my other internet programs like MSN... C:\Documents and Settings\karen\.housecall\Quarantine

Empty Recycle Bin.
