Micro AV and possibly other problems

I believe I have been infected with Micro AV and perhaps a host of other issues. I went into safe mode and found the MIcro AV file and stopped it from popping up every 10 seconds, but I still have many other issues. There is a Virus Alert! sign next to my clock, and I cannot see my C: or D: hard drives in My Computer. I also do not have most of what belongs under my Start menu, such as Run, Programs, Search, or a Control Panel. Edited: I now have my drives showing up in My Computer, as well as Run and Search and my Control Panel back. No luck on getting my programs list back but I'm working on it. AVG is showing no issues, but there is still a Virus Alert memo attached to my clock and I have a feeling there is probably a lot of stuff I'm still missing. Edited: I know have my program list back. Any help is appreciated. This is now on both computers in my network, but they have been separated for now. I'll try to fix one and then the other. HJT log here: Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis
