C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Downloads\WinRAR 3.7 Full Corporate Edition

Empty these folders:

C:\My Backup -- 16-06-08 1813\Program Files\Trend Micro\Internet Security\Quarantine\
C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\

Empty Recycle Bin.

Thank you, all viruses seem gone. No more popups. I still have a few freeze issues and a few PUPs that will not be removed on virus scan. I can't seem 2 find location with search. Anything that can be done about these?

Those viruses are in system restore and inactive.

A few times the internet has been slow, and then showed an error message saying the internet explorer must close.

Internet slowness can be due to router or ISP. I can redirect you to some windows forum for that if you like to.
