Google Search results being redirected when clicking on them

When clicking on search results in Google I am being redirected to ad related links or sometimes other results. After reading threads on this topic I am pretty sure I have Malware issues and that I need to post my logs from HiJack this (please see below). Please let me know what I need to do from here.
