Browser appears to be hijacked!

When putting in an item to search for in Google or Yahoo, all my results look right but they have url's that are not related to my search and take me to strange places. I've noticed that many of them have anti-spyware url's. I am posting my hijackthis notes and would appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you for the help!
