Removal of "Antivirus 2009" pop ups

Dear Malware Removal team, When on the internet (using either IE or Firefox) I am bombarded with pop-ups. The most common is some kind of fake antivirus programme ("Antivirus2009"), which pretents to do a scan and identifies lots of infections. There are plenty of other pop-ups as well. Can you please have a look at the attached log and see if you can identify what is causing it - and if possible how to fix it. Many thanks in advance.
