Registry Cleaners
I notice the presence of Uniblue RegistryBooster 2009 on your pc.

I don't personally recommend the use of ANY registry cleaners.
Here is an excerpt from a discussion on regcleaners

Most reg cleaners aren't "bad" as such, but they aren't perfect and even the best have been known to cause problems.
The point we are trying to make is that the risk of using one far outweighs any benefit.
If it does work perfectly you will not see any difference
If it doesn't work properly you may end up with an expensive doorstop.

CLEAN UP
Let's clear out the programs we've been using to clean up your computer, they are not suitable for general malware removal and could cause damage if used inappropriately.

• Double-click OTMoveIt3.exe. (Vista users, please right click on OTMoveit3.exe and select "Run as an Administrator")
• Click the CleanUp! button.
• Select Yes when the "Begin cleanup Process?" prompt appears.
• If you are prompted to Reboot during the cleanup, select Yes.
• The tool will delete itself once it finishes, if not delete it by yourself.

As your logs are looking clean now, I assume you are clean, yes
Now that you are clean, please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:


Update your Antivirus programs and other security products regularly to avoid new threats that could infect your system.
You can use one of these sites to check if any updates are needed for your pc.

Make sure you enable Automatic Updates for your computer. You can set this in the control panel -> windows update.
An alternative way is to visit Microsoft often to get the latest updates for your computer:
http://www.update.microsoft.com
Note: I see you are running SP2. It's recommended to update to SP3 if you have the time and resources for it. A service pack contains lot of security fixes and general updates.
From your log I can see you're still using Internet Explorer 6. I know you're a FireFox user, but it's still recommended to upgrade as it contains a lot of bug and security fixes.

Here are some free programs I recommend that could help you improve your computer's security.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Download it from here. Click "Download" and you'll get redirected to download.com, where you can download the product. You can also buy this program, which gives you real-time protection against common malware. However, you can use the free program to scan and remove any infections found.

Install SpyWare Blaster 4.0

Install MVPS Hosts File from here
The MVPS Hosts file replaces your current HOSTS file with one containing well know ad sites etc. Basically, this prevents your computer from connecting to those sites by redirecting them to 127.0.0.1 which is your local computer.

FIREWALL
I can't see any firewall in your HijackThis log, so i assume you use windows firewall.
Without a firewall your computer is susceptible to being hacked and taken over. If you use the Windows Firewall you might think that's sufficient but it only controls one way of the traffic (inbound). Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly.
It's preferable to install one of the suggested firewalls.

FREE FIREWALLS

• Comodo
  When installing, it will ask you to install Anti-Virus functionality. Please uncheck "install comodo antivirus (recommended)" unless you've uninstalled you're AV. NEVER have 2 or more Anti-Virus programs on your computer; it will cause performance loss and/or other problems.
• Online Armor
• Sunbelt Kerio

I'm no longer using Uniblue RegistryBooster 2009 and if you didn't mention it I won't even remember that I've ever installed it.
I searched it at add/remove programs but I can't found it, how to remove it?

Is it better to have these all installed in my pc:
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
SpyWare Blaster 4.0
WinPatrol
FireTrust SiteHound
MVPS Hosts File from here
or it's okay just have 1 of them?

To uninstall the registry cleaner, please do this:

FIX HIJACKTHIS ENTRIES
Open up Hijackthis.
Click on do a system scan only.
Place a checkmark next to these lines(if still present).

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Uniblue RegistryBooster 2009] G:\Program Files\Uniblue\RegistryBooster\RegistryBooster.exe /S

Then close all windows except Hijackthis and click Fix Checked
Close HijackThis.

Now, navigate and delete this folder if it exists:
G:\Program Files\Uniblue


About your software question:
Well, I don't recommend you to download them all as some will startup with the computer and that could cause slowdowns.

My personal recommendation is Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and the MVPS Hosts File
