Possible trojan/malware/spyware problem

Hello, My aunt is experiencing some weird issues with her computer and was hoping that you can help. She was browsing the internet and suddenly started receiving pop-up messages, supposedly from Windows. The messages told her that her computer was infected with trojans and instructed her to download some programs to correct the problem. She did not install the programs, but is still receiving the pop-ups. I ran HijackThis for her and attached the logfile below. Thanks so much for your help!
