PLEASE HELP!!! My computer keeps freezing and crashing.... (page 2)

I need help with my computer it keeps freezing andI have to restart it to get functionality back. I have scan with Mcafee, MalwareBytes, and ATF cleaner but it still keeps freezing. As it seems to be hardware related issue, is it ok to redirect you to some windows forum?

Ok that would be fine. I appreciate the help. Will I have to wait again for assistance on the new forum or will I be handed off to someone for further assistance?
