Otherwise your logs look great , so if you are not having any further problems, I would suggest you proceed as follows.

MBAM and ATF are great tools for you to keep and use on a regular basis.

Remove Combofix

• Click START then RUN
• Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK ( please note the space between Combofix and the /,it is needed)
• 

The above procedure will reset your System Restore and clear out the backups and quarantines created during the course of this fix.

Let's clear out the programs we've been using to clean up your computer, they are not suitable for general malware removal and could cause damage if used inappropriately.

• Double-click OTM.exe. (Vista users, please right click on OTM.exe and select "Run as an Administrator")
• Click the CleanUp! button.
• Select Yes when the "Begin cleanup Process?" prompt appears.
• If you are prompted to Reboot during the cleanup, select Yes.
• The tool will delete itself once it finishes, if not delete it by yourself.

Here are some free programs I recommend that could help you improve your computer's security.

Update your Antivirus programs and other security products regularly to avoid new threats that could infect your system. If you do not update your anti virus software then it will not be able to catch any of the new variants that may come out.

Hi...I'll do everything in your previous post. While cleaning this computer, my other computer became infected with something called sysguard. Sysguard won't allow me to connect to the internet and it keeps coming up with messages saying files are infected and do I want to activate there software. The only thing I can do is boot up in safe-mode. That computer does not have any critical info on it so I can restore it if necessary. I'd like to practice virus removal on it myself, so if you could share with me what program might remove it, I would appreciate that. It isn't appropriate to seek help on this forum for that computer, since its use wasn't monitored by me at all times. Thank you again for all your help and Merry Christmas. Tony D

Hi there, Disregard everything in my previous post about my other computer...I was able to remove the virus myself.
I downloaded WinPatrol and it is runnning. Otm and combofix did not delete themselves so I will do that manually. As far as I can see, we are done. Since you deleted Combofix manually, it would be advisable to flush the infected restore points as described below. Otherwise you are good to go, have a great Christmas !

Please create a new Restore Point

• Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore
• Choose the Create a restore point option then click on next
• You can name your restore point something like All clean then select create
• Once the Restore Point has been created you can hit close

Since we have created a New and Clean Restore Point, I would like you to remove all the Old Restore Points as some of these are infected and if used would re-infect your computer.

To do this

• Click Start then click on My Computer Right Click Local Disk c:then select Properties
• Click on Disk Cleanup a box shall open scanning you files. This could take a few minutes.
• Once the scan is complete another window will appear. Select the More Options Tab
• Under System Restore select clean up this will remove all System Restore points except for the most recent one. The one we created earlier.
