About the updates I usually put on automatics updates and my systems notify me when is time to do an update I click the yellow icon that appears in my startup bar but then at the end it says unable to update some files like windows security or others for microsoft reader etc. I try to do it online as well but I end up with the same results.... and that problem start when that "My web search " malware appear in my pc...
