Help with .dll error after virus removal

Hi, On the 16th Norton Internet Security alerted that I had Trojan.Zefarch on my machine. It said it had removed it, but then the message appeared again the day after and it found and removed it again. Yesterday when I booted up I reran the full system scan in safe mode, and it found and removed Trojan.Maljava, and after that ran Spyware Blaster and Norton Power Eraser - but since then I have been getting an error message on startup for ajebiqob.dll -module can not be found. I realised earlier today that even though windows installer thought it had installed SP1 and SP2 for Vista, it hadn't - I updated these earlier today to make my machien less of an easy target, but then a friend pointed me in this direction.
