slow running computer with weird email messages

Hello I have a slow running computer and I get 10-12 email messages that are written in Arabic. when I try to hit start|all programs it takes forever. changing from 1 window to the next is a problem. starting a program from the desktop takes a long time for it to load. here are the ddr files you asked for thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .
