Slow Computer

Hello, My computer has became sluggish as of late. Cleaning, defraging and optimizing the hard drive has not solved the problem. It feels as though something is working in the background and sucking down system resources. My logs are attached below. Well thank you for all your help. Just to clarify about those files, I own a small business and get things sent to my personal computer from time to time. Anyways your very quick and helpful, thank you again.
