IE hijack???

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if my IE is hijacked. Sometimes when I type into the browser to do a search what comes back is a bogus looking msn search page. I also noticed this too: http://www.searchingstart.com at the beginning of whatever it was I was searching for. Thanks for your help.
