Windows Unexpected Shutdown Recovery happens daily

Hi, I wake up every morning to the error message that "windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" - this happens daily and has for about the past two months. Lately, in the last two weeks, my computer system seems really slow and the applications stick and lock up. I use Avira Antivirus and have it set to run daily. I also use Spybot and Malwarebytes on a regular bases to try and keep things cleaned up. Any help I can get here would be most appreciated.
