task manager and regedit constantly being disabled by virus

Hi Guys, Task manager and regedit are being constantly disabled by a computer virus. I know how to reset the values, but I'm sick and tired of having to do it roughly every 10 minutes. None of my anti-virus software has been able to find the culprit.
