My Wife's PC has malware

Hello I did not I would need help again so soon. My computer was infected in October and now my Wife's PC is infected. She is not getting any symptoms except her security center service won't start up. I ran MalwareBytes free program and it detected 40+ bad files,keys,etc. She has Vista as her OS.
