Win98, redirection, popups, Trojans

Hi Nick,
I keep getting that file back uscp.exe
I just erase it just before I use the computer.
I have learned alot and appreciate your help.
We could close this string, since we're not
advacing much further with this problem and
it has been over a month. Its ok with me.
