Sluggish machine

This machine should be working faster.
I ran ad-aware, norton antivirus and AVG antivirus, found one virus that file css.wmf in the temporary internet files. I deleted it.
So here is the hijackthis log. What else should I do to clean this machine?

Hi again. It appears you have Moviepass. Please go here for instructions on canceling your account with Moviepass and then removing Moviepass from your PC. After you do the above, please post a fresh HJT log.
