please help with various ads and internet explorer issues

having issues with ie, wont let me change home page or delete temp files, also getting a popup from antispyware network, and windows security center alert, but not the real windows security center, when i click on it antispyware.net pops up. have run spybot, adware2 and now hijack this please help!

Run HijackThis. Click the Misc Tools button. Then the Uninstall Manager button. Then the Save List button. Save the list to your Desktop and post the contents of that list in your reply.
