The Operating System you have is primarily for use as a server rather than as a workstation. It has special requirements for security, and is usually handled via subscription with Microsoft.
Unfortunately, many (most) of the tools we use to fix malware infestations will not work on your system, so as a matter of policy, we will be unable to help you.
