Admin Rights Lost but User Still shows as Aministrator

I no longer have the ability to remove programs, view workgroup computers (firewall issues handled) or perform many other admin functions. I am shown as having admin rights from control panel. Creating a new admin user does not help. The computer had been hit with malware that caused lots of popups pretending to be Norton or offering other security products. I do not remember the name of that problem since it was some time ago. I believe that this current problem may be leftover from the original issue. Getting rid of that malware might have made the attached log less useful since items were removed.

I need to reestablish a proper admin account somehow.

I have attached the most recent hijacks log

I apologize for the very long delay. We have a huge backlog of HijackThis Logs to handle and it has been taking us greater time than normal to get caught up. If you are still having a problem, and want us to analyze your information, please post a brand new HijackThis log, along with a description of any problems you are experiencing. If we do not hear back from you within a couple of days we will need to close your topic.

When posting your logs please post them directly into the reply. Do not attach them.

Thank you for your patience.
