Hijack this log, for very persistent virus

Have been havin trouble for a while with a virus that i just can't seem to be rid of for more than a few days to a week, then it returns. obviously something in the background I can't find so would much appreiate any help.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are using Windows Vista you must right click on the desktop icon and choose Run as Administrator all tools.

I apologise for the delay. If you still need help, please post a new HijackThis log.
Before you post, please rename HijackThis as per my instructions below, and post it normal and not as attachment.

RENAME HIJACKTHIS

Using Windows Explore by right-clicking the Start button and left clicking Explore navigate to: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe

Right-click on HijackThis.exe & select Rename to scanner.exe and post back a new Hijackthis log
