Virtumonde how do I get rid of this?

I have been trying to fix my computer. A friend told me to try Spybot and it has fixed some of my issues, but not all. There are still 14 problems( instead of the 66 it started with) There is 1 problem with my Windows Security Center it says its disabled,1 Right Media,3 Virtumonde and 9 Virtumonde.dll. PLEASE HELP. I don't know what else to do.
