1 - Scan With ComboFix

Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first.
The
Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.
Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says -
The Recovery Console was successfully installed.
Please continue as follows -
- Close/Disable all anti-virus and anti-malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
- Disable Avast! by opening the "avast! settings..." window, selecting "Troubleshooting" and placing a tick in the box next to "Disable avast! self-defense module".
- Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.
When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
2 - uninstall list
Make an uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:
1. Start
HijackThis
2. Click on the
Config button
3. Click on the
Misc Tools button
4. Click on the
Open Uninstall Manager button.
5. Click on the
Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press
Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Simply
copy and paste the contents of that notepad here on your next reply.
3 - Run Hijackthis
Click on the
Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad
4 - Status Check

2. the

3. a fresh
HijackThis log
