can't get rid of bogus popup for ie spyware

I have tried everything spybot, regcure, cccleaner, mcaffee, symtematic, windows defender and I cannot get rid of this bogus pop up -- system error, your computer has been infected download antivirus spyware now.
here is my log. I'm not sure what I am supposed to delete. This thing has already caused me to delete ALL my exe files, I recovered them, but this nasty thing still persists.

You have a couple of AV's running, you're actually doing more harm than good by running more than one Anti Virus program.
When you do this the programs compete for resources, and the end result is none does it's best and can cause system instability.
I recommend that you choose one that you want to keep.
The other/s I would either uninstall, or disable from startup and use as "on demand" for an occasional scan.

Please note that almost all "free" security software is only free for home/private users

let me know which you are going to remove as you may need a tool to assist.

I prefer symantic AV, but something happened and the firewall was disabled, I let the computer tech that I work with check it out and he could not get it to work, so he suggested to keep windows defender at least going. But something keeps happening and our AV stops working even though its set to recieve automatic updates. I downloaded Mcaffee after we got the bogus popup because symantic wasn't removing it or even alerting there was a problem. The guy I work with suggested the hyjack program. Thanks.
