need help with a problem- Bigdalt

hello i keep on getting this problem on spybot search and destroy and i have a fire wall online armor and i was wondering if someone could help me with this problem here is my hijack this log

i think it is but it only shows up when i restart my computer its Microsoft security anti virus override and its a registry changed
