Help to Permenantly Remove Items from msconfig startup

Hello,
I have recently had a virus/Malware on my computer. Applied system recovery. It is working better however, there are still remannts of the trojan.win32.vapup.fjm on my computer. Such as PinMcLnk in the startup at msconfig. I was informed I can remove it from the registry however, I am still a novice at that here is my list of hijack this please help me figure out what to remove and what not. Thank you!

Retrieve the List of Installed programs Using HJT
Open HijackThis, click Open The Misc Tools Section. Then scroll down the list if you need to, click Open Uninstall Manager and Save List...
The List of installed programs will automatically be saved as uninstall_list.txt in your HiJackThis folder. In addition, the list opens in Notepad so you can also save as another name in another location if you wish. Please paste the contents into your next reply.
Click the "X" in the upper right corner of the HiJackThis window to close it.

Get an Evaluation Log From SDFix
Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.

• Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive% (Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)
• Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
• You will see several choices. (1,2,3,A,B,U,E)
  
  • Type A (we just want a log).
  • Hit Enter.
  • It will take a few minutes to complete the scan.
  • Wait till the log pops up.
• Post me the log C:\SystemReport.txt please

So we are looking for the contents of the HijackThis uninstall_list.txt and the contents of C:\SystemReport.txt
