i have a serious problem

first of all please excuse my bad English because I'm an Egyptian but i hope this don't make you help me

i have instead of the clock in the corner of the screen "virus alert!" and in the start menu i have no accessories button so please can u help me

As your previous log was not complete (the header section is missing) can you please reply to this topic, as well as posting to the "72 hour bump room", with a new HJT log, please make sure it is the complete log, as we do need to see all the header info too.

Sorry for the delay. The forums have been busy.

If you still need help, please do the following:

Please open this folder - C:\Program Files\HijackThis

Right click on HijackThis.exe and select Rename.

Copy and paste in scanner.exe and press Enter.

Double click on scanner.exe to run it. Select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

HijackThis will start scanning and produce a log file when done. Please post this log file in your next reply.

In addition, I see that Bitlord is running. Please do not run any P2P programs while we are cleaning the PC. The files downloaded via P2P networks are not necessary good and may cause infections, resulting in an endless clean-up.

A list of clean and infected P2P programs can be found at Malware Removal and Spyware Info.

The risks of using a P2P program are stated in this Sourceforge website and Information Week article.

Create an Uninstall list

1. Open HijackThis (scanner.exe).
2. Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
3. Look under System tools.
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
5. Click on the Save list... button.
6. It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
7. Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.
