Virus--HELP please : (

I have recently acquired a virus of some sort on my laptop. I am incessantly bombarded by pop-ups (or pop-unders, whatever they're called) and now it seems all my desktop icons and my taskbar will just disappear randomly. I ran Live Scanner (from Microsoft) and it found many a Trojan (Win32/MatCash, Win32/Vundo.gen!R, etc.) and now I don't know how to get rid of it all entirely. I have also run Ad-Aware and SpyBot attempting to clear it all but to no avail, at least not completely. Below is my HijackThis log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
