[Split] Work/school laptop infected. Help save my life!

I recommend taking the time needed to scan in safe mode. Once you scan the machine, locate the files and delete them manually. Once deleted, I suggest easy cleaner to remove the effected registry keys and then use LSPFix to correct and LSP chains that may have been corrupted.
