Trojan Win32.PowerPlay.a need some help

everybody how are here

I need some help with this virus

I'm scan full on my computer use kasper 2009
and nothing found virus and i'm using Avira_Anti_Vir

but if I'm using Internet explorer the kaspersky alert say you have Trojan Win32.PowerPlay.a

and hung this internet

now how can remove this Trojan Win32.PowerPlay.a

I have report using Tool's ComboFix
