Infection from UPS email

A client has double clicked the bad attachment in one of those UPS email notices. I have used several A/V scans, HJT, and other tools to analyze and remove the infection. I am not sure that the machine is really clean due to a Security event log entry of:

In General, we do not help in cleaning business or corporate computers. There may be restrictions and modifications installed on such machines that could be damaged or altered by the actions we take to remove Malware.
