Can't remove "trojan-backdoor-progdav"

I keep running my anti-virus program and can't get rid of this issue. I think this slipped in last week between renewing my AV software. My browsers have closed without prompting. I keep getting the microsoft security center warning that my firewall settings are off. I turn it on and go on with my business. My machine is running slow even after scanning and defraging. I have tried to remove some of the files suggested by HiJack This but they seem to pop back up reguardless.

Hi,

One or more of the identified infections is a keylogger.

This allows hackers at least to steal critical system information

I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
