Windows Explorer needs to close.

Good Afternoon,

I keep getting the message "Windows Explorer Needs to Close" then a Dr. Watson and then the computer locks up.
I have done deep AV scans with Avast and Norton. I have also done scans with CCleaner, Advanced Care for Windows and Super Anti spyware programs. I found nothing with any of these. I posted the logs from the error message and Dr. Watson on the MS error message page with nothing found. I ran Hijack and did an auto anlayze with nothing significant found. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are very sorry you have not received a response and that you are experiencing so many difficulties. As you can see, we are quite busy as are all the other help forums.

In order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a HijackThis log. A HijackThis log, as well as other logs that may be requested, provide us with a guideline for removing whatever malware is infecting your system. We cannot proceed without such logs for guidance.

Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log. If you are unable to create and post a HijackThis log, then your only option may be to reformat your computer and reinstall the operating system.
