Rapid Antivirus and Trojan Horse Generic

Hi. Recently my computer just acquired a trojan horse and a program called Rapid Antivirus came along with it. My AVG anti virus can detect it, but it can't get rid of it. It also keeps making these shortcuts to Gay Fetish Sex and Best BDSM porn. I've downloaded all these anti adware, spyware and I've tried everything but nothing can get rid of it. If you could help me, that would be tremendous. Whatever help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
