What does the attached tell me? & what to do??

Alternatively, as there evidently is no attachment advise how I can get it to stick. Have tried 3 times & even tried to copy from the data/wordpad file.

If you have a problem with malware, in order for us to help you it will be necessary for you to provide us with a HijackThis log. Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log. Do not attach it to a post.
