Pop Ups from Globaladsolutions think it may be vundo...

I had family over for Christmas, and I don't know what happened to my laptop. I get random pop ups from RON ADS by Globaladsolutions and my computer clicks when no one is using it like programs are attempting to open. I've ran malwarebytes' anti-malware, vundobegone, and 2 other Trojan Vundo programs. The programs say there is nothing found. But everytime I run the anti-malware program there's between 2-35 vundo viruses found. I also have key registery changes when I run my AVG software. Some one please help!!
