Unable to remove search setting program, log file included

I use Windows XP SP pack 2 Professional edition. I want to remove 'Search Setting' program from my computer but I can't uninstall it. No matter how I try -- whether using CCleaner or removing it by Control Panel > Add/Remove programs method, the program still persists.

Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad

3 - Status Check
