Zlob.gen123 Infection

I am new to these boards, and seem to have my pc infected with the zlob.gen123 virus, which has lead to my on line bank locking my account until the problem is solved. The virus seems to re-install every time the pc re-boots, and keeps coming up in my F-secure scans. I have looked around the web adn not found any useful or intelligable fixes for this so far. I have moderate computer skills, and have been able to deal with infections in the past by simply looking around forums and finding a fix. So far I've had no success with this one, so any help would be appreciated.
