Please Help ?

please help. I have a trojan virus (or two) I have been using AVG 8.5 free and Advanced System Care and the virus seems gone but keeps coming back. When the virus is active it redirects my internet to ad sites. I tried to use Malwarebytes but it would not start after I installed it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it with the same results. Please help.

If you still require help, please start a new topic and post a fresh HijackThis log, preferably one made while in Normal Mode rather than Safe Mode, along with a complete description of all symptoms you are currently experiencing that make you feel your system is infected with malware. Also, in the same post, please include an Uninstall List.

To create an Uninstall List, open HijackThis and, from the Main Menu > click on the "Open the Misc Tools section" button > click "Open Uninstall Manager" > click "Save List." Save the list to your Desktop or any convenient location. Next, copy the contents of the Uninstall List and paste it into the same post as your HijackThis log.
